Re: Transaction Monitor Error (Element field not found)

We were able to open a ticket about two months ago and we've made zero progress (#1102507). We had our first WebEx today, only because I called in and waited an hour in the queue to speak with someone. He blamed the issue on "not using the same account to record and playback" but disregarded my specific error messages. This guidance doesn't explain why it happens intermittently, though, so I don't buy it.

I found that:

  • If we restart all WPM services on the server, the issue goes away for a day or so. The longer we go without restarting service, the more frequently these errors show up.

  • I found this error in the SUEM.BusinessLayer.Log and it is logged every time a playback fails with an 'element not found' message. It doesn't show up at any other point..
