i have the same issue...
For bulk exporting is easy part... I simply use extension/ pluggin from Firefox "DownThemAll!" and download the recording based on recordingID range.
example below is to download all recordingID between 12 until 64.
within less than 30 seconds, all recording downloaded
I can say this is stupid idea,,, but it is working flawlessly
Homework still left for importing part...
