I have an issue that I have in fact opened a case on already but wanted to see if anyone else has run across this. I have created several Transactions that share the initial first steps and the first step, Authentication, works fine on the first one, but it says Access Denied on the second one.
The reason I did multiple Transactions is because once logged into the site there are a myriad of different options and I did not want a Recording of 40 or 50 plus steps. Is there any known issues of having multiple recordings that contain the same site to log in through having issues?
Example: Login to example.dynamics.com, first dashboard comes up, then navigate to another page. <- This works fine.
Next transaction, login to example.dynamics.com, first dashboard comes up, then navigate to other pages. <- I have 4 total transactions like this and when creating the Transaction it works fine in the player but once I save it and then select it to monitor through Orion page, after the first play through completes on the site, it shows "Access Denied" on the first dashboard page and can not progress any further into the Transaction. Any thoughts?
This is on Orion 2017.1, NPM 12.1 and WPM 2.2.1.
