It definitely looks like an access problem. If you login as the worker agent do you have access to C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\INetCache\Content.IE5? If you can get to it then it may not be permissions but what jiri suggested... a locked resource by the browser. If you can't access C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\INetCache\Content.IE5, try giving the permissions to your worker agent. In the end... if your transaction is running and you are getting what you need... this does not seem like something you need to worry about, just understand what is going on.
