you can either use the attached Advanced SQL report which shows transaction durations that were measured over the last 3 hours or you can use charts for this. In WPM 2.0 we've added new charts which allow you to hover over specific point in time and see the duration. In the chart configuration just select sample interval which is closest to the playback interval and you should be able to see the durations on the chart. However be aware that in case that the sample interval used for the chart is shorter than polling frequency of transaction you'll see only points on the chart and not a continuous line (you may see some short gaps as well when the sample interval is same as polling interval, because the actual results may be delivered by a few seconds off, so they don't fall to the correct sample window).
If you performed update from SEUM 1.5.1 or older in the past you'll need to add this charts yourself. If WPM 2.0 was your first version you should have these charts available on views by default.
