WPM 2.2 How to monitor Web transaction using custom time period?

I'm using WPM to monitor some web transaction performance for while.

Just want to know how set WPM to monitor Internet Trading Web Application only Trading hour? (Mon - Fri @ 9.30-12.30 and 14.00-16.30)
