Thank you for information. This issue somehow appears and it is already tracked in our system. We have workaround in case, that you will use just one proxy for all transactions. If this is suitable for you, proceed with following steps:
1. Stop Solarwinds WPM Playback Service and WPM Playback Proxy service.
2. Open the config file SolarWinds.SEUM.Agent.Service.exe.config in Notepad by default located at "C:\Program Files (x86)\SolarWinds\Orion\SEUM\Player\"
3. Edit the tag <agentConfiguration> by adding attribute attribute for workerUserPasswordOverride or edit value of this attribute, if it is already presented.
For example: <workerUserPasswordOverride="Password1"/>.
4. Remove the file, AgentSettings.dat – removing this file will also remove all configuration done by the Player settings tool. This file is located in "C:\ProgramData\Solarwinds\SEUM\Data"
5. Start Solarwinds WPM Playback Service and WPM Playback Proxy service.
6. Log into machine as SEUM-User-1 and SEUM-User-2. Do step 7 and 8 for each user. (Depending on how many users are used for playback, this will need to be done for all of them, so if you are using 3 users, you will need to log in also as SEUM-User-3 and do step 7 and 8 for this user also. You can get this value in SolarWinds.SEUM.Agent.Service.exe.config under parameter numWorkerProcesses, which is by default set to 2).
7. Run IE and set your proxy, which is used for playback.
8. Restart IE and verify that settings are saved now (it should be).
9. (Optional) You can clean password from SolarWinds.SEUM.Agent.Service.exe.config in atribute workerUserPasswordOverride=""
