Hi,
another things what you can try is to limit WPM to use only one worker. I would suggest you to create some "test" player location and assign this transaction to this test location. Change following configuration on this test location.
1. Open file SolarWinds.SEUM.Agent.Service.exe by default located at C:\Program Files (x86)\SolarWinds\Orion\SEUM\Player
2. Change values for numWorkerProcesses="";maxPlaybacksPerWorker="" to 1
3. Restart WPM Player service.
4. Observe if transaction reliability gets better.
This changes will use only one worker, so no parallel execution, this is the reason why I suggest you to create some "test" location, because these changes will decrease amount of transaction which can run on location.
