We utilize several Application Services that are provided by third parties; hosted Oracle for example. We often get reports that they are "slow" but we have no real way to diagnose the issues as we don't have insight as to what's happening on their server. We can prove that our network and internet connection are performing as expected, but not what might be causing the perceived slowness. Can WPM be used to provide insight in this scenario?
