We have an installation of WPM 2.2.1.
The web pages for creating an alert are missing the "Add Action" button on the Trigger Action and Reset Action steps. I've included images that show an example of our site with the buttons missing and a demo site that shows the button.
Has anyone else experienced this? Any cause or fix known?
