I am able to see the event viewer complaining about the Windows CRT binary. Stating that "it is not signed and can be a security risk".

Can you not run orion diagnostics? If your installing, the logs will be available to read at the installation path? Have you ran the config wizard as local admin, also the permission checker? Cheers

Talked with Solarwinds and found out the issue was a creation problem on my end. There was an pop-up box authentication piece that wasn't being recorded because the site was cached on the back end....
