jvb, nope when play using recorder it play normally. and currently we have multiple wpm player and the setup is same. but only this one have the issue. thanks

Not sure if this will help but sometimes in cases like that I change the multiple conditions and the "or" into a single line that is instead "Transaction Status is not equal to up"
