Having better transaction chart for report...

I have developed a report for our stakeholders that shows them the performance of our web properties according to Solarwinds.  In a section I show them the Transaction Average over a week and the latest waterfall for that same transaction.

However my average chart looks like this:

and I would like to have it look like this:

Does any know how to have the min/max set to unchecked by default?

I send this report out each morning automatically so I can't manually manipulate before it goes out.

Or is there another chart that can show me this data that looks this good for my users?

I have tried using the average chart, but it doesn't read well cause the duration is in milliseconds.
