  3. Finish Configuration Wizard.

  • Delete SEUM Playback Agent certificate
  1. Go to Start> Run> MMC. OK.
  2. Select File> Add/Remove Snap-in
  3. Select Certificates, and click Add, then select Computer Account on the popup window, click OK
  4. Expand Certificates(local computer) > Personal> Certificates
  5. Select 'SolarWinds-SEUM_PlaybackAgent' on the right side, right click and select Delete

  • Re-install WPM
  1. Go to 'C:\ProgramData\SolarWinds\Installers', run SEUMInstaller.msi to re-install WPM.
  2. Finish Configuration Wizard.
  3. Run TransactionRecorder.msi in 'C:\ProgramData\SolarWinds\Installers' to re-install WPM Recorder.
  4. Run PlaybackPlayer.msi in 'C:\ProgramData\SolarWinds\Installers' to re-install WPM Transaction Player.

After all these steps done, the 'SolarWinds WPM Playback Player' shoud keep in running normally.
