I am hoping that someone might be able to assist with issues we are encountering using WPM to monitor Office365 applications.
We are encountering a number of issues whereby WPM will intermittently fail
The tests are pretty basic i.e. goto the Office365 portal page, login, go to the application (e.g. webmail, onedrive, Sharepoint page), verify some text then logout.
We record the tests (play every time without issue). When uploading the recording into the platform, the tests will intermittently fail usually at the following points.
1) login screen - doesnt appear to move between the username and password screen properly
2) Portal page - once logged in, screenshot of the failed step shows that the page hasn't redrawn correctly hence the text check failis.
3) Logout process - Clicking on the log out option from the stop bar within office365. Again looks like a redraw issue.
I have entered quite generous wait periods prior to the steps that have caused issues, this hasnt made much difference.
Has anyone else had issues monitoring office365? If so, have you managed to resolve issues\improve reliability of the WPM tests?
